Refunds and cancellations

Donations are final
Because donations are put to use quickly, they are generally not refundable.
Mistakes
If you donated a wrong amount or paid twice by mistake, contact us within 7 days with your payment ID or receipt number. Once we confirm it, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Failed payments
If money left your account but the donation did not go through, your bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it hasn't arrived after that, contact us with the payment details.
Cancelling a monthly donation
You can cancel monthly autopay at any time from your UPI app, from the “Manage autopay” link in your email, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future debits; donations already made are not refunded.
Delivery
Donations do not involve the delivery of goods. Items you choose (such as cement or rice) are bought and used by the madrasa.
