About this website

This website is run by Madrasa Rahmaniya Quasimul Uloom Educational Charitable Trust (“the Trust”), Khateeb Abdul Khader Street, RN Palayam, Vellore, Tamil Nadu 632 001, India. By donating through it you agree to these terms.

Donations

All donations are voluntary. We use your donation for the cause you choose. If that need has already been met, or an urgent need arises, the Trust may use it for the madrasa's other charitable work. Zakat is recorded separately and used only for eligible purposes.

Amounts for items (such as a bag of cement) are estimates. We buy what is needed at the time and use any difference for the same cause.

Monthly donations (autopay)

When you set up a monthly donation you authorise a recurring debit of the chosen amount, once a month, for the period you choose. You can cancel at any time from your UPI app, from the link in your email, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future debits only.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited and are also subject to their terms. The Trust does not store your card, UPI or bank details.

Receipts and tax

You receive a receipt for every successful donation. Donations are not tax-deductible unless your receipt says so.

Your information

Please give correct details so your receipt reaches you. We handle your information as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vellore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
